In light of COVID-19 and the ‘social distancing’ advice, we have made the decision to introduce contact free deliveries/collections, which we hope will offer peace of mind and protection for everyone.
“Experience, consideration & education contribute to our exemplary safety record.”
- We employ external Health & Safety advisors RHSS Ltd. who schedule regular visits to our facility to ensure up to date compliance with current legislation & regulations
- We belong to TfL’s Freight Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS) which offers practical advice & guidance to freight operators in London, to help encourage safer & more environmentally-focussed drivers
- We work closely with the Considerate Constructors Scheme on their Cycle Awareness campaign
- We are members of the Construction Logistics and Community Safety scheme Clocs . We undertake regular Clocs awareness training
- All of our personnel are given the relevant Health & Safety training. This training covers both on-site safety & waste handling procedures
- We issue British Standard certified Personal Protective Equipment to all of our staff which is recorded & re-issued when necessary
- All of our road-going vehicles are fitted with reversing cameras, tracking devices & auto-sheeting systems. These sheeting systems negate the need for our driving staff to work at height, thus greatly minimising the risk of falls & accidents
- We have fully qualified first aiders on site at our Materials Recycling Facility at all times
- At our fully licensed Materials Recycling Facility safety is paramount. Initial Site Safety inductions & regular Health & Safety refresher courses are undertaken by all employees
